Trails of Saddle Creek HOA Board of Trustees

The Board is responsible for overseeing the management and preservation of the Trails of Saddle Creek Community on behalf of its members in accordance with the Bylaws and Regulations, and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions to include supervision of any agents and employees of the association.  To contact the board members for questions, comments, or to voice concerns, please send an email to “saddlecreekhoa25@gmail.com”.  The members are:​​

  • Bryce Nickel – President

Trails of Saddle Creek Property Management - 

The Property Management Team acts as an agent of the Board of Trustees, performing duties on behalf of the board (and under their supervision) including notification of and collection of dues, management of third-party contracts, and execution of the budget (e.g., paying bills to landscapers, pond maintenance, AES, etc.).  ton contact Apple Property Management, send an email to Gwyn Rotramel at gwyn@applemgmt.com.

Hey!!! Did You Know?

  • All signs, excluding temporary real estate signs, are strictly prohibited on any lot.

  • Snow removal for the streets within our community is the responsibility of The Washington Township Public Works Department.  The priority order is major roads, bridges, steep hills, school zones, neighborhood streets, and Cul de sacs.

  • Per the Use Restrictions outlined in our Covenants, dogs and cats are to remain within the confines of your yard unless they are being held on a leash.

  • Trash cans and recycle bins cannot be left outside except on trash collection days.

  • The Board is still working to get the required number of votes to update our Governance Documentation.  If you have not yet cast a vote for these documents, please do so at your earliest convenience.  If you still need a ballot for either document, contact the board at saddlecreekhoa25@gmail.com
